These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of blissfinanceco.com and any enquiry, booking or subscription submitted through it. By using this website you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this site, submitting a form, or subscribing to our newsletter, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Services
Bliss Finance Co, LLC provides fee-only financial planning, wealth management advisory, home loan readiness planning, investment planning, debt management and credit management consulting. Website content is informational; nothing on this site constitutes an offer to provide services except through a signed engagement agreement.
3. No Guarantee of Financial Outcomes
All content — including projections, examples and case references — is for general education and does not constitute individualized investment, tax, or legal advice. Financial markets involve risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We make no representation or warranty regarding any specific financial outcome. Decisions based on website content are made at your own discretion.
4. Advisory Engagement
A formal client relationship begins only upon execution of a written advisory agreement, delivery of required regulatory disclosures (including Form ADV Parts 1 and 2 where applicable), and acceptance by both parties. The terms of that agreement govern the engagement in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
5. Fees & Payment
Fees for published packages are as displayed on our website at the time of booking and confirmed in your engagement letter. Ongoing advisory fees are billed in advance monthly and are prorated on cancellation. One-time plan fees are due in full before plan delivery begins.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Free consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled at any time at no charge.
- One-time plans: full refund if cancelled before work begins; 50% refund if cancelled after the Discovery session but before plan drafting; non-refundable once the written plan is delivered.
- Ongoing advisory: cancellable with 30 days' written notice; no exit penalties or deferred-sales charges of any kind.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information; to review plans and statements promptly; to notify us of material life or financial changes; and to keep your custodial account credentials confidential. We rely on the accuracy of what you provide.
8. Confidentiality
We maintain the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, and we will not disclose non-public personal information except as required to deliver services or comply with legal process.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bliss Finance Co, LLC, its members, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunity, arising from use of this website or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bliss Finance Co, LLC against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from (a) information you provide that is false or misleading, (b) your misuse of this website, or (c) your breach of these Terms.
11. Communications Consent
By submitting a form, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from us at the contact details provided, regarding your enquiry or services. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@blissfinanceco.com or using our unsubscribe page. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content — text, design, graphics, logos and the Bliss Finance Co name — is our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written consent. You may print or share pages for personal, non-commercial reference.
13. Third-Party Links
Links to third-party sites (including image providers and educational resources) are provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute for 30 days following written notice. Unresolved disputes arising from a client engagement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Laramie County, Wyoming, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a Wyoming court. You retain any right to petition a regulator applicable to investment advisers.
16. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in full force. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any signed engagement agreement constitute the entire agreement regarding website use and services.
